This is the form that will make you money! From here, you can filter your database according to various combinations that you select. For instance, you can get a list of clients that were referred by a person or company, a listing of clients from a specified state or zip code, clients that visited you during a date range you enter and many more combinations of filters. Then, you can print mailing labels, extract the list, create blast e-mails using the filtered information, or just list them on a report.
Here is a small sample of what can be extracted using Lodge-ical's Find-A-Client form. We selected a list of clients who are interested in fishing.
This is where you enter in the client's arrival and departure information, schedule their activities, book their rooms, enter payment information, personal preferences, correspondence, and more.
Rooms and locations are listed on the left and are taken from what you have set up in the maintenance section (locations are optional, of course). Dates are at the top of the calendar, with weekends darkened by a vertical bar. Horizontal bars signify arriving and departure dates and fade towards the departure date. The reservation name, number, and occupancy are listed in the bars (if there is room). The room assignment form is display only (no editing or entry of data is possible).
