The client module in Lodge-ical™ allows you to keep track of inquiries, sub clients, and guests. You can store general name and address information as well as begin to track individual interest and other client-related criteria. You can use the Client module to record correspondence between you and the client and use the follow-up system to maintain a daily to do list. Marketing tools are built into this module allowing you to query your database to create mailing labels, reports, and blast emails.

The Reservation Module in Lodge-ical™ allows you to keep track of all guest reservations, income received and individual activities for each. You will also use the Reservation module to cancel reservations and archive reservations to history.

The Personal Data Module allows you to keep track of an unlimited amount of information on each of your clients and sub clients. Typically you would enter guest's likes and dislikes.

The Room Assignment Module allows you to keep track of a reservation's room assignments. The Room Assignment Module is not included in all versions of Lodge-ical™.

The Inventory module includes both a Store Inventory and Bar Inventory component. However, you may or may not require both pieces. The Inventory module allows you to track your inventory and re-order inventory throughout your season.

The employee module in Lodge-ical™ allows you to keep track of all employees, assign them to activities, record purchases, and keep track of their involvement with client entry and reservation entry. A list of active employees will also be displayed in the Staff Contact dropdown of the Client Entry form and in the Entered By dropdown of the Reservation Entry form.

Managerial reports are good tools to be used during your season and to plan for upcoming business. All reports are access via the Reporting tab, then Managerial Reports. The reports are defined HERE.
The Maintenance Module allows you to maintain the dropdown lists throughout Lodge-ical™. Documentation for each maintenance menu pick is defined HERE
The Horse Assignment Module allows you to assign horses to your guests during their stays. This module contains forms and reports located throughout the Lodge-ical™ application. A definition of the module is below:
The Reservation Quote module allows you to create a reservation that is tentative. Typically a quote is entered into Lodge-ical™ when somebody inquires about a possible reservation. He/she is interested in receiving a price quote and a potential itinerary but they are not ready to make a commitment. Using this module, quotes do not impact calendars or reports.

The Reservation Cloning module saves you keystrokes by allowing you to copy a reservation from one time period to another. This module benefits clients who have a high repeat business percentage. If your guests rebook for the "same time next year", this module will make it easy to create a new reservation with just a few keystrokes.

The Food and Beverage Cost Analysis module allows you to create a relationship between the wholesale cost of your food and beverage items versus the price it costs to feed your guests.

The wingshooting module in Lodge-ical™ allows you to keep track of:

The membership module allows you to track individual members, membership inception date, and renewal date. Members are defined in Lodge-ical as clients with a few additional characteristics. All members are clients, but not all clients are members. A definition of the module can be found HERE
The Meal Planning and Selection Module in Lodge-ical™ allows to:
- Design a custom menu for your clients
- Keep a list of menu items and their associated cost per person
- Communicate with the client to approve the meal selection(s)
- Attach the meal to a specific activity, and
- Report to the kitchen the individual custom meal and meal times
